His two seminal works are "Man, the State and War" and "A Theory of International Relations". - That one is easy; it is Professor Ola Listhaug, no doubt about that. Kenneth Waltz, the most important Realist theorist of the last half-century, died Monday, a few weeks before his 89th birthday.
